The Critical Access Hospital Symposium will start at noon on Monday, September 8 and will conclude at noon on Tuesday, September 9. The TORCH/TARCH conference will start at 1pm on Tuesday, September 9 and conclude at noon on Thursday, September 11. One registration fee covers both events.

Offsite Networking Event: All registered attendees (vendors, hospital & clinic attendees) are invited to join us for a night at the "Last of the True Texas Dancehalls" at the Broken Spoke, an iconic Austin landmark. You will receive your complimentary ticket to the event when you check-in. Event ticket includes meal, beverages and night of good music and fellowship. Doors open at 6pm.
Hotel Lodging: You have two lodging options for the show.

Exhibitor/Sponsor Additional Attendee: Please click here to sign up your complimentary attendees available with your booth package and to purchase additional attendee passes. You can also use this link to register for the offsite fundraising events. You must be a registered Exhibitor or Sponsor to attend the show. NOTE: Currently only open to Endorsed Partners & Corporate Members so link is disabled.
Electrical/AV Orders: Exhibitors and Vendors who need to order any electrical or AV items, please click here. You will work directly with the hotel to purchase the items you need. If you have purchased a package that includes AV, there is nothing for you to complete; Tarhc will handle that for you.
Shipping Instructions: We are partnering with Convention Handling Services (CHS) for shipping of materials and booths for this show. You must ship your freight in advance to their warehouse. The Hyatt Regency will not accept any direct
shipments. All shipments must be prepaid and any collect shipments will be refused. You can use any carrier of your choice for shipping to and from the event. Please click here to access the shipping instructions for this show and you can reach out directly to them with any questions.
